Why can't I get any of the -Adobe- links to open?
First, do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer? Unsure? To
find out if you have the software on your computer:
Go to: Start > Programs > and look for a program called Adobe Reader or Adobe
Acrobat. If it is there, take note of the version number.
If you don't have it, you will need to go to the
Adobe Acrobat Reader
Web Site where you can download the software free of charge.
If you do have the software, it -must- be version 5.0 or later for the documents
in this web site to open.
If it is not version 5.0 or greater, you will need to update your software.

How do I enable JavaScript so I can view the menu?
First, Java and JavaScript are different, so make sure you are looking at the
correct one. Also, there are several different types and versions of browsers
and they all work just a bit differently. I have instructions below for the most
common browsers. There are too many versions to show each one, however the
instructions and screen shots should still be of assistance to you. If you use a
different browser, viewing how to enable JavaScript for these three may help you
figure it out.
Internet Explorer: Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level ...
here, scroll to near the bottom and select "Scripting" > "Active Scripting" >
"Enable."
